HIGHLIGHTS: Design, Procure, Install, and Start-up a GPM Wastewater Treatment System to treat process wastewater. Also, design, procure,install, and start-up of a hydrofloric acid conservation system.
Water Treatment
A major manufacturer of picture tubes contracted with Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) to design, procure, install and start-up a new wastewater treatment system to treat process wastewater from a new plant expansion.
- Two compartment (7975gal/5075gal) equalization tank.
- Three stage (325gal) reaction tank.
- Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) unit (35gpm).
- Two stage monitoring tank (700gal).
- Sludge holding/conditioning tank (1000gal).
- Sludge Press (6 cubic feet).
Hydrofluoric Acid Conservation
ESI provided detailed design services for a Hydrofluoric Acid Conservation System. The system included:
- HF Holding Tank (500gal)
- HF Treatment Tank (800gal)
- HF Conditioning Tank (100gal)
- HF Sludge Press (6 cubic feet)
